5. Billing and Subscriptions

Resumfy may offer both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

While we strive to provide high-quality resume assistance, we do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or employment outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumfy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of opportunities, or business interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
